About Lead Originators

Lead Originators^TM is not a lender. We are in the business of marketing and advertising. We use direct mail, newspapers, radio and television to encourage a broad range of qualified homeowners to contact our borrower assistance center. We interview these potential borrowers and gather sufficient information (see Sample Lead) to appropriately direct the homeowners one of our various lending partners. Our mission is to provide a consumer service and originate high quality mortgage leads for our lending partners while being profitable for our shareholders.

Lead Origninators^TM is not a lender and does not fund loans nor provide any service of a lender or mortgage broker. Loan disclosures will come directly from the lender or broker who agrees to review and/or approve loans, and never from Lead Origninators^TM.
